England 629-6 dec. and 155-6, South Africa 627-7 dec.
How different today has been to the last four! Where previously we had blue skies, high temperatures, a strong breeze, a full house and a flat wicket, now it’s more like a typical day of county cricket: the sky grey and spitting, the ground half-full at best and the bowlers suddenly looking dangerous. After four days with hardly a wicket, six have fallen today and none of the batsmen have looked completely comfortable. In a way, I wish the remaining four would fall quickly because I would love to see what James Anderson could do here: these are the conditions a youth at Old Trafford perfectly prepares you for.
